If for any reason you need to return an item that was purchased through MyaMaternity.com please follow the return policies listed below. If you have any additional questions about our return or exchange policies please feel free to contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
- All returns MUST have a return authorization included in the package. To obtain a return authorization please email ContactUs@MyaMaternity.com with your order number and the product you would like to return to get a return authorization number.
- Your return MUST be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
- Refunds are given in the same method that payment was made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return and refund to be processed.
- All returns postmarked after 10 days or without a return authorization will receive in store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a store credit is given for any reason the customer will be notified. Store credit is not transferable and must be redeemed by the original purchaser. The customer has 90 days from the date the store credit was issued to redeem it.
- Shipping charges for returned items will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to incur the shipping costs of returning the items. If you received a free shipping promotion on the item you are returning the shipping cost that would have been paid will be deducted from your return. Please do not return items using express mail. However, please make sure the package is postmarked within 10 days from the date of receipt.
- ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ARE ALL CUSTOM MADE DRESSES (MADE ACCORDING TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS) AND FINAL SALE ITEMS. If these items are returned the return package will be rejected.
- Merchandise must be returned according to our policy in new condition (unused and unwashed) with the original tags and packaging intact. We are not responsible for the items and will not accept a return once the items have been washed or used.
- Please package your return in a sturdy box or envelope. Mya Maternity is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
- If you would like to make an exchange for a different item it is best to follow the process for returning your unwanted items and order the new item on our website. You will be charged for the new item when it is shipped and you will be refunded for the unwanted items when they are returned. If you choose to include a note on your return authorization form or contact us directly about an exchange you will be charged/credited any difference in shipping and product price between the exchanged and new items. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for shipping the new item.
